A: Yes, all items in our store include free shipping and home delivery. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.
Q2: What is the estimated shipping and delivery time?
A: For non-customized clothes hangers, orders are generally shipped within 3–7 business days and are expected to arrive at your address within 10–20 business days.
Q3: Will I have to pay additional customs duties?
A: If your destination country or region risks incurring additional customs duties, we will contact you in advance before shipping. Our team will do our best to assist you to ensure you do not incur any extra charges.

Q4: Why does the actual hanger color look slightly different from the photos?
A: Due to differences in product photography environments and display devices, the actual product color may differ slightly from the online images. This variation is completely normal and does not affect the usability or premium quality of our hangers.
Q5: What is your return policy for customized and standard hangers?
A: Our return policies are structured as follows:
- For Non-Customized Products: If you detect any quality issues, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving the goods. We will handle it promptly and provide a solution.
- For Customized Products: Tailor-made hangers cannot be returned or exchanged except for quality issues. If a quality issue is verified and confirmed as non-man-made damage, we will provide you with a satisfactory solution.

A: If you find the price too high for your current budget, please feel free to contact our online customer service. We value our customers and can apply for a more favorable internal price tailored for you.

To extend the lifespan of your premium hangers and protect your wardrobe, we recommend following these 4 maintenance tips:
- Regular Cleaning: Gently wipe your hangers with a soft cloth or slightly dampened fabric to remove dust. Avoid harsh cleaning agents to protect the premium wood surface and finish.
- Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause wood fading or cracking. Store hangers in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to maintain their quality.
- Keep Dry: Wooden hangers should not be exposed to moisture, which can cause swelling or mold. Store them in a dry, well-ventilated area to prevent damage.
- Regular Inspections: Check hooks and joints periodically for looseness or damage. If you notice structural cracks or wear, replace the hanger to prevent it from damaging your delicate clothes.
